Kristine Ball
Independent Director, Oruka TherapeuticsMs Ball is an Independent Director at Oruka and is the Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
Ms Ball has over 30 years of biopharma industry experience with expertise in finance, business development, and corporate strategy. She has extensive leadership experience in development and clinical stage companies including serving as Chief Executive Officer at Antiva Biosciences and Soteria Biotherapeutics, and serving as Chief Financial Officer of Menlo Therapeutics (merged with Vyne), Relypsa (acquired by Vifor) and KAI Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Amgen). In these roles, she raised over $1 billion across various equity and debt financings, led multiple M&A transactions, and contributed to a successful commercial launch.
Ms Ball also serves on the board of directors of Enliven Therapeutics. She previously served on the board of directors of Atreca and Forty Seven (acquired by Gilead Sciences).
Ms Ball holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Babson College.
